For a consultation fee of just £25 we will take you through a series of questions that are designed to gather the necessary information our Doctors require to assist you.
You can start an online doctor consultation about anything you like as long as its personal to you. And if we need any further information you will be contacted securely through the Doctor Matt secure messaging service.
Our online doctor will then consider your consultation and provide you with any appropriate medical advice. Doctor Matt will refund you within 24 hours if we are unable to offer you sound medical advice.
Our online doctor may recommend the treatment you need however, Doctor Matt is only able to prescribe treatments for conditions that currently feature on our website. If you are looking for a prescription for a controlled substance our online doctor will not be able to help you.
All treatments and tests will incur additional costs. However you are under no obligation and all prices will be clearly displayed on our website. You will still have to go through our medical algorithms to purchase the treatment. In the case where our online doctor is unable to offer you sound advice Doctor Matt will refund your consultation fee.
After you have filled in your consultation. You will receive an email to let you know Doctor Matt's response is waiting in your patient record. Or you will receive an email advising you that the online doctor is unable to assist you and that you will be refunded.

Please be aware that Doctor Matt will only able to answer one health related question from you at a time. If you have questions about more than one health condition, you will need to complete a separate online consultation and make payment for each consultation.
You can any question related to your personal health. However some medical conditions are unsuitable for this service in which case we would advise you to see your doctor for a face-to-face consultation.
This is an advice only service. Our doctors will only provide advice and recommendations where appropriate. You will be immediately refunded if our doctor is unable to assist you.
Please do not use this consultation service to attempt to gain a supply of Modafinil, Tramadol, Armour Thyroid, or any sleeping tablets. They will not be provided but you will still be charged for the Doctors’ time in reviewing your case.
If you have a medical emergency do not use this service. Take action with your own doctor, visit Accident and Emergency or call an ambulance immediately.
If you feel the need to self harm or are having suicidal thoughts please contact your nearest GP or speak to a friend, family member or mentor.
You will usually receive a response the same day and not later than 24 hours
We encourage patients to interact with our doctors and update their information via the personal patient record.
