Your prescriptions will be delivery by Royal Mail via Next Day Special Delivery. Every package has to be signed for either by the recipient or their nominee. If you or your nominated person is not home to sign for your delivery a card will be left by the delivery person. This card will provide details of where you can collect the order from or how to arrange delivery via your local post office depot.

If it is more convenient, you can choose to have your delivery sent to your work address.
Certain items on this site are refrigerated items, i.e. it needs to be stored in a temperature controlled environment before use, or it has a limited life. and therefore it is important to arrange to collect the item from Royal mail as soon as possible
We aim to deliver any order by the next working day*.
Please note that any order received after 2.30pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
All medications are dispensed and despatched to you by First Care Pharmacy our GPHC registered pharmacy.
All prescriptions are in discreet packaging so that no one will; be aware of the contents except the person ordering the medication. Once a package has been shipped by one of our shipping services/agents we advise that you are bound to the terms and conditions of their use together with the terms and conditions contained herein
Deliveries are sent using the address and addressee details provided by you when you confirm your order. Doctor Matt Ltd will not be held responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrect delivery address supplied by you. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been posted.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched.
We are not able to offer a refund once your prescription is despatched as our Pharmacy is legally bound to destroy any medication within 60 days of it being returned, even unopened boxes.
However, should you be unable to arrange for your medication to be redelivered by the shipping service/agents or in the event that you were unable to accept receipt of it, the pharmacy can resend your medication to the same, or a different address provided this happens within the 60 day window and that you have informed us via email. In this case we will do so by first class signed mail subject to your agreement to assume all transit risks, failing which you may need to arrange collection at your own cognisance.
Doctor Matt Ltd guarantees the quality of products until they leave our premises; we cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit. At our discretion photographs of the item and packaging may be requested before either a replacement or a refund is considered. Any further damage incurred as a result of return post to ourselves for inspection may mean we have to charge you. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection at your cost.
We cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order once it is in the hands of Royal Mail for any reason including postal strikes, loss of package or delivery to the wrong address.
Kindly contact our patient care team email or by phone on 020 8317 2488 should you wish to exercise your right to cancel as above so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state that there is no right to cancel under the following circumstances :
13.-(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts-
(c) for the supply of goods clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly ;
In terms of this exception, you have no right to cancel. However, in terms of our discretion exercised by us with regards to these terms and conditions, you have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. The pharmacist must destroy any medication returned, even un-opened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched.
