We may disclose Personal Data, to those healthcare professionals and authorised personnel of healthcare institutions who are involved in your diagnosis and treatment, including doctors and any relevant pharmacy or laboratory, or for the purposes of supplying you with goods which you purchase through the Website. This means we may disclose Sensitive Personal Data, and other relevant Personal Data, to First Care Pharmacy, and its agents, for them to use it for those purposes. 

We may disclose Personal Data (but not Sensitive Personal Data), to Our Website developers but only in so far as is required to ensure that the Website functions properly. 

To use it as described above, We may transfer the Personal Data we collect from you to, and store it at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of Our suppliers. All payment and credit/debit card details are processed by a secure payment gateway and cannot be accessed by us or any third party other than those operating the secure payment gateway and their agents. Any such access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet Our costs in providing you with details of the information We hold about you.
