About Azithromycin
Azithromycin is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections such as chlamydia. Azithromycin inhibits the growth of bacteria. You are at risk of passing chlamydia on for seven days days after you complete the course. Please avoid sex for at least seven days after taking the course.You should not take these tablets if you are allergic to azithromycin or other macrolide antibiotics or if you are taking ergotamine (used to treat migraines.Not suitable if you have liver problems.This is a single dose both tablets need to betaken at the same time
