Once you come to the website and find the condition for which you need a repeat prescription all you need to do is begin your online consultation. The online questionnaire follows guidelines developed in accordance with clinical protocols and the answers you provide will help Doctor Matt decide if your medication appropriate and approve your prescription. Therefore it is very important the answers you provide are as accurate as possible. Once you have completed the consultation, if you are a new patient, you will be asked to register to create your secure online patient record with us.
Once you have completed the consultation and registered, only if you are a new patient, you will then be taken to a screen giving you the medication and dose. You simply select the medication you need and then proceed to payment.
Doctor Matt then reviews your request for medication and if you are suitable for the medication, Doctor Matt will then create and sign a prescription for your treatment and send it to our First Care Pharmacy that same day. If Doctor Matt is not confident a medicine should be prescribed to a patient he will not prescribe it. In these instances you will be sent a message explaining this and a full refund will be made.
When Doctor Matt signs a prescription for your medication it is sent to First Care Pharmacy where your prescription will be dispensed and despatched the next working day by the pharmacist.
