Dr Matt online doctor

Safe, fast and professional service

Website launching March 2013

My name is Dr Matt McKenny and I am a practising GP in London. I provide online consultations for patients and prescribe medicine and treatment online.

In a busy world, most of us struggle to get an appointment with our GP which fits in with our own work and personal commitments. A visit to a Doctor’s surgery can often prove to be a time consuming exercise. Indeed, my own clinics often run twenty to thirty minutes late. A subsequent visit to the Pharmacy can take more valuable time, where queues frequently form. It is then possible that you may be asked to return the following day as the Pharmacy has only half of your medication in stock.

‘Doctor Matt’ is a service that removes all of these problems. It may be that you need your regular medication and the GP visit is more of a tick box exercise.

‘Doctor Matt’ is a simple process. You will be guided through an online consultation, which should take no more than 5-10 minutes. Simply register your details and I will review the consultation and authorize your medications if appropriate.

‘First Care Pharmacy’ will promptly dispatch your medication to your chosen address

If you have a query, or should you require any further information relating to your Consultation/Prescription requirements, I can be contacted by selecting ‘ask Dr Matt’.

I will respond to any query emails as soon as I possibly can, to establish and confirm the safety and suitability of your prescribed treatment and medicines. As personal examination is not an option, there may be circumstances where a consultation with your GP is advised.

Once we have your registration details and you return to the site you can use a repeat prescription process to reorder your medication

As with a visit to your GP, all the information you give is afforded strict patient confidentiality
