Once you are registered or logged in to your patient record, you will be able to contact Doctor Matt through an online consultation or by asking Doctor Matt a medical query directly through our dedicated Ask Doctor Matt Direct service. This service costs £10.00 and you will receive a response to your specific medical enquiry.

If you experience any adverse side effects and would like to speak to someone you can call us on 0207 635 1042 Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm. If it is a medical emergency please call your local GP Out of Hours service or visit your nearest Accident & Emergency Department.
