How to take it

Where you have not used Champix® previously, you should start on a low dose and increase the dose as follows - one 500mcg tablet a day on days 1-3, and then two 500mcg tablets daily for four further days. For the rest of the treatment take one 1mg tablet twice a day, if you are able to tolerate this dose. Treatment with Champix® is usually recommended for three months.
